We have to cancel darts for any reason (like snow) – Listen carefully to the local radio stations or stay tuned to this website.  We will post it here without fail and call our local radio stations.  Please do not call the officers or board members.  If it is too late to reach the radio stations, we will also follow up the cancellation with a phone call to the team captain’s.

You would like to add another player that is/was not on your original roster – As always, a new player must be approved by two board members before they can shoot that night.  Keep calling until you reach someone.  Then list your actions and the approving board members in the comment section of the dart sheet.

You do not know a rule - Ask a captain. Team captains are required to know the rules by reading the by-laws and staying current on league happenings.  They are also required to provide the league with a working phone number at all times.  If you change your phone number for any reason, please alert the Secretary or note it on the comments section of the dart sheet.

You don’t know when the sponsor money needs to be in – The sponsor’s fee needs to be in on the first night of darts.  The fee is only $40.00 and includes many perks; including one free ticket to the dart banquet at the end of the year (on request) and people in your establishment on Tuesday Nights.

You need to know when the sanction fee per darter needs to be in – Each darter is required to pay a small sanction fee of $15.00 the first night of darts, including their normal weekly dues.  For a team of 4, the first night will cost each darter $18.00.  The following week – only $3.00 each.  Each darter must sign an accompanying waiver sheet.  These forms are needed before any points are accrued the first week for your team.
